Refund policy
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have a maximum of 30 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. Items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
We offer free returns via UPS.
How can I make a return?
- Contact us at contact@sueneofficial.com with details of the item(s) you want to return, your order number, the reason for return, and a photo of the item in its current condition. For quality issues, include images of the specific faults and the tag.
- Upon approving your return, we'll provide instructions how to send back your package via UPS.
- After we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation once the return is complete.
Which items are eligible to be returned?
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with packaging and tags attached. Returns of items not meeting these criteria will be declined.
- Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for bodysuits.
- Matching sets must be returned as a complete set; individual pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged separately.
Conditions that are not deemed as defective in quality:
- Damages due to use, wash, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not treated as quality issues.
Where is my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 1 business day and you will receive your payment 3-5 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse, issued via the original payment method:
- For credit/debit card payments, refunds are sent to the issuing bank within 5-10 business days post-receipt of the return or cancellation request. Contact your bank for posting timelines.
- For payments made through PayPal or other online providers, refunds are processed within 5 business days after return receipt or cancellation. Reach out to these providers for account credit details.
Important note:
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Ensure no non-SUENE items are accidentally included in your return package. We are not liable for returning such items.
- Returns not requested in advance will not be accepted.
SUENE is not responsible for delivery failures due to customer negligence, including but not limited to shipment refusal or incorrect recipient information. In such cases, refunds cannot be processed. If your order details are incorrect, please promptly email us at contact@sueneofficial.com with your order number and the correct information.
