Shipping policy

We ship to Switzerland, the EU and the US, with complimentary shipping within Switzerland. For orders exceeding a specified value, we also provide free shipping to the other regions.

Order Status

After your order is processed, you'll receive a Shipping Notification email. This email contains your tracking number and a link to check your order's status. Additionally, you can visit your account page to view your order status.

NOTE:

Typically, it takes 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your order after payment (excluding pre-order items). You'll be notified once your order ships. Our products are shipped  from Switzerland.

Exceptions

Please be aware that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Our carrier cannot guarantee safe delivery to these locations, and we want to avoid the disappointment of a lost package.

Customs Duties

All shipments from our warehouses are delivered duty paid. As such, the customs or import duties are included in the price. VAT is always included.

Please note, in compliance with customs regulations, SUENE cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

Order address error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
